Hello, I’m Coach Lauren. My practice was built for you. Perhaps you are healing from an autoimmune disease or cancer. Maybe you received some "borderline” bloodwork or are just tired of being tired and ready to have a better relationship with yourself, your partner, or your family and friends. Perhaps someone mentioned what I do, and it piqued your interest. You thought: “I could use that.”
The practices we will do together will help you find your health, your positive mindset, and your joy. These things are abundant and wholly available to you. I will take you through a loving journey to cultivate them.  

In my 30s , over the course of five years, I lost my Mother to cancer, my Father to dementia, all four of my grandparents passed, and I went through a painful separation. I was no stranger to loss, depression, fatigue, and the need to rebuild emotionally and physically. Reflecting on those five years, I now only feel gratitude. I couldn’t understand then that they were the catalyst to living my happiest and most joyous life. No two people are exactly alike - we all have our own painful experiences in our lives. Your experiences can be the pathway to your freedom and I am here to help guide you.

A year ago I was frustrated and feeling like crap.
A year ago I would sleep my days away. A year ago I would drink 6-12 sodas a day to get through the day. A year ago I could barely handle one task at a time let alone do multiple tasks in a day. A year ago I referred to people as being five. A year ago I had given up hope at living a normal life in my 40s. A year ago I decided to take a leap of faith to join Coach Lauren on a journey because what was the worst that could happen, I already felt like crap.
The worst that happened: my sleep improved. My energy went through the roof. I haven’t had a soda in a year. My ability to handle stress changed. My relationships with my children and family changed. I started getting stronger. I lift heavier, run faster, recover better. My thyroid medicine has decreased. My bloating went away. I shrunk in size. My skin cleared. My hair and nails got stronger. My quality of life is way better now at 40 than it was in my 20s and 30s. This “worst case scenario” has been amazing, and I am beyond happy that I took the risk. 1. Nutrition

What food are you putting in your body? Is it healthy or unhealthy? Is it informing your cells towards health or sickness?

2. FITNESS

Are you moving your body daily with a simple walk or workout?

3. SLEEP

Do you get more than 7 hours of sleep at night? Are you sleeping through the night? Are you waking up rested and ready for the day?

4. MINDSET

Is your self talk positive or negative? Do you say things to yourself that you would never say to someone else? Do you start conversations with a caveat? Do you only put others needs first and let your "stuff" slide?

5. COMMUNITY

Who do you surround yourself with? Are they positive influences? Do they have a positive mindset?

Meet Strong Human: John 

Working with Coach Lauren got me ready for a moment I didn’t anticipate. I was in great shape in late 2019, after months of working on sleep, diet, and exercise with Lauren. Oddly, I thought I had developed a hernia, something I’d never had. What started out in general medicine took a sickening turn with a referral to Oncology for a lymphoma workup. We’ll all have a moment like that, hitting us hard, breaking us down to face our own mortality. I thought I had a slight groin tear, not cancer. This was the moment Lauren’s coaching made the difference. Months of clean eating, exercise, sleep, and reinforcing a positive attitude made the difference. Referral after referral, doctors kept saying the same things: “We can rule out so much because you’re so healthy. Your blood work is good. You’re in great shape, you’re thin, your vitals are really good, we really don’t think it’s cancer.” Four different doctors said the same thing and more invasive tests would prove that out. Recovery from procedures was faster and my fitness allowed the doctors to get at the problem and not be distracted. I was lucky. We were able to rule out so many possible problems because I was so healthy otherwise. That peace of mind is priceless, due in large part to all the work with Lauren.

Meet Strong Human: Jennifer

Bob and I would like to thank you for guiding our family on our eight-week nutrition journey. As you know, our children were not on board when they found out we were going to be working toward eating cleaner, but after removing sugar, processed foods and controlling our portion sizes they became believers. They all leaned out, became stronger, and accomplished their individual goals that they set at the beginning of the program. They now think about what they’re putting in their bodies.
